How long does a typical project take?
A business website is usually two to three weeks. A POS or billing system is two to six weeks depending on how many counters and branches are involved — we delivered a full pharmacy system in eleven days. A custom ERP or a multi-platform app runs longer, usually two to four months.
How do payments work?
Fifty per cent when we start, fifty per cent on delivery. Offline-first builds include a year of VPS hosting, a year of domain registration, and thirty days of support, training and bug fixes at no extra charge.
Do you work with businesses outside Balochistan?
Regularly. We have clients across Pakistan and have delivered for businesses in Canada, the UK, the United States and the UAE. Remote delivery is normal for us — the Quetta base matters for local clients who want someone who can turn up.
What if I don't know exactly what I need?

Do you maintain software after it's delivered?
Yes. Thirty days of support and training are included with every build. After that we offer monthly maintenance covering hosting, updates, monitoring and automated offsite backups.
Can you work on software someone else built?
Often, yes — especially for FBR integration, where we connect existing POS and ERP systems to the IRIS system. Send us the details and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth fixing or worth replacing.
