What counts as custom software?
Anything built specifically for one business rather than sold off the shelf. If your trade has rules that packaged software doesn't handle — batch expiry in a pharmacy, bilty numbering in transport, credit ledgers in a mart — that's usually where custom pays for itself.
Is custom software more expensive than a ready-made product?
Upfront, usually yes. Over three to five years, often not, because there's no per-user subscription, no annual renewal, and nothing you're paying for that you don't use. The honest answer depends on your size — we'll tell you if a ready-made product fits better.
Who owns the software you build?
You do. It's built for your business, installed on your machines or your server, and the data is yours. We issue a licence per installation and we don't hold your data hostage.
Can you build something that works without internet?
Yes, and we usually do. Most of our desktop systems store data locally and sync when a connection is available. For businesses in Balochistan this isn't optional — it's the difference between software that works and software that doesn't.
What technologies do you use?
