UI/UX Design for Software and Web

Good interface design in Pakistan isn’t about looking impressive. It’s about a counter assistant with no computer training being able to complete a sale without asking anyone. We design software interfaces for that person including in Urdu, Pashto and Balochi, with proper right-to-left layouts.

OUR CAPABILITIES

Interface design built for daily operation

Software designed around the people who actually touch it eight hours a day.

01

Software interfaces

Screens for people who use the same system eight hours a day speed and muscle memory matter more than novelty.

02

App design

Android and iOS interfaces that follow each platform’s conventions instead of fighting them.

03

Right-to-left layouts

Urdu, Pashto and Balochi interfaces designed properly, not English screens with translated labels dropped in.

04

Design systems

Consistent components, colours and spacing so the tenth screen doesn’t look like a different product from the first.

05

Redesigns

Existing software that people avoid using. Usually the problem is three specific screens, not the whole thing.

06

Prototypes

Clickable versions before development starts, so changes cost a conversation rather than a rebuild.

LOCALIZED USABILITY

Urdu and Pashto interfaces, designed properly

Most software sold in Pakistan handles Urdu badly, if at all. Labels get translated but the layout still reads left to right, numbers sit in the wrong place, and Nastaliq type is squeezed into boxes designed for Latin text. The result is something staff technically can read and practically won’t use.

We design right-to-left from the start mirrored layouts, correct type, correct number handling, tested with people who actually read the language.

Common Flaw

Lazy English-First Translation

English UI with translated Urdu labels copy-pasted over. Left-aligned inputs, clipped ascenders, unreadable squashed Nastaliq font sizes, and broken tabular numbers.

The JahaSoft Standard

True Native RTL Architecture

Complete layout mirroring, generous line heights adapted for Nastaliq calligraphy, aligned digits, and touch-tested with non-technical counter staff.

FREQUENT QUESTIONS

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about interface design, Urdu RTL layouts, developer collaboration, and deliverables.

Do I need a designer if I already have a developer?
For anything staff will use daily, yes. Software that’s hard to use doesn’t get used, and then the money spent building it is wasted. For a small internal tool used by two people, probably not.
Can you design in Urdu?
Yes, and in Pashto and Balochi. This means proper right-to-left layouts with correct typography, not an English design with translated text pasted over it.
Will you work with our existing developers?
Regularly. We hand over designs, assets and specifications in whatever format your team works in.
What do you deliver?
Clickable prototypes, final screen designs at all required sizes, exported assets, and a specification covering colours, spacing, type and component behaviour so the build matches the design.
Can you improve software we already have?
Yes. Send us screenshots or a demo login. Usually two or three screens account for most of the complaints, and fixing those is far cheaper than a redesign.
